ACT of Davie in association with Irish Theatre of South Florida is seeking a young man to play Mark, the undertaker’s assistant (ages 25-35).

Synopsis: Our protagonist John, a man in his early 60s and an undertaker, is compelled to review his life upon the return of his daughter Mary after a 10-year absence. He is forced to acknowledge his reasons for leaving his family and the course his life has taken since that day. Mark, having recently been hired at the funeral home, becomes John’s surrogate son. Hearing about John’s life of drink and selfishness serves as a warning to him.
